Guidelines for Manuscript Submission
1. General Formatting
Font Size and Style:
- Article Title: The title of the article should be in font size 16, bold, and centered.
- Headings: All headings and sub-headings should be formatted in bold, with a font size of 12, and in title case (capitalize the first letter of each major word).
- Main Text: The font size for the entire manuscript, excluding the title, should be 12.
- Font Type: Use Times New Roman for the entire manuscript.
- Page Size: Set the page size to A4.
- Margins: Maintain 1-inch margins on all sides.
2. Abstract
- The abstract should be between 200-300 words and must clearly summarize the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion of the research.
- It should concisely present the significance of the study and its contribution to the field of science and technology.
3. Keywords
- Provide 3-6 keywords that best represent the core themes of the research paper.
- Keywords should be listed in lowercase and appear immediately after the abstract.
4. File Format
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
5. Plagiarism Check
- All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check.
- Papers with a similarity percentage above 15% may be rejected.
6. Heading and Footer Settings
- Do not modify the default margin settings of the header and footer.
- Do not insert section breaks in the header or footer of the Word file.
8. Word Count
- The manuscript must contain between 2000 to 5000 words, including the abstract, keywords, and main content.
9. Figures, Tables, and Charts
- All figures, tables, and charts must be numbered and titled appropriately.
- They should be placed close to the relevant text and cited properly.
- Use clear and high-resolution images for graphical representations.
10. References and Citation Style
- All references should follow the specified citation style (APA, IEEE, or another format as per journal guidelines).
- Proper citation of previous research, datasets, and sources is required.
11. Technical and Scientific Rigor
- Ensure the paper follows a logical structure, including Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- All scientific terminologies, equations, and technical concepts must be properly defined and formatted.
12. Submission Process
- Ensure the manuscript is formatted according to the guidelines above before submission.
