Author Guidelines

Note:

  • AI tools like ChatGPT can be used to support the writing of a research paper, but the paper should not be entirely written by AI. Any AI assistance used must be properly acknowledged in the paper.
  • Use headings as needed in the manuscript.
  • The manuscript must be written in proper paragraph form and should not be presented in bullet points or note-style format.

General Formatting:

1. Font Size and Style:

  • Article Title: The title of the article should be in font size 16.
  • Heading: All headings and sub-headings should be formatted in bold, with a font size of 12, and in title case. Capitalize the first letter of each major word in headings.
  • Main Text: The font size for the entire paper, excluding the title, is 12.
  • Font Type: Use Times New Roman for the entire manuscript.
  • Page Size: Keep the page size as A4. The page should be in single column.
  • Margins: Set page margins to 1 inch on all sides.

2. Paper format:

(The manuscript must strictly follow the standard format of either a Research Paper or a Review Paper; otherwise, it will be rejected.)

  • Title of the Paper:
  • Author Details: Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s)
  • Abstract: The abstract should be no more than 200-250  words and must clearly summarize the main points of your research paper.
  • Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that best represent the main themes of your paper. The keywords should be listed in lowercase and should appear immediately after the abstract.
  • Introduction: Introduce the research topic, its significance, and the problem or question being addressed. Provide background context, state the objectives, and outline the paper’s structure. Keep it engaging and relevant, typically 1-2 pages.
  • Main Body: Organize into logical sections with clear headings (e.g., Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion).
  • Conclusion: Summarize key findings, restate the significance of the research, and suggest implications or future research directions.
  • References: List all sources cited in the paper, formatted according to the required style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago). Ensure accuracy and consistency. Example (APA):
    Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI or URL

3. File Format:

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

4. Word Limit:

  • The manuscript must contain between 2000 to 5000 words.
  • After 5000 words, an additional payment of Rs 200/- or 10 USD will have to be made for every 1000 words.

5. Plagiarism Check:

  • All submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. The level of similarity in the article should not exceed 15%.

6. Figures, Tables, and Charts:

  • All figures, tables, and charts must be numbered and titled appropriately.
  • They should be placed close to the relevant text and cited properly.
  • Use clear and high-resolution images for graphical representations.

7. Technical and Scientific Rigor:

  • Ensure the paper follows a logical structure, including Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • All scientific terminologies, equations, and technical concepts must be properly defined and formatted.

8. Submission Process:

  • Ensure that your manuscript is formatted according to the guidelines above before submission.
  • Follow the specific submission instructions provided for the journal.

9. Request for Withdrawal or Correction of Published Paper

If an author requests the withdrawal or correction of a published paper, the following conditions will apply:

  • All requests (whether for withdrawal or correction) must be submitted through a formal written application or official email by the corresponding author.
  • For withdrawal, the paper will be removed from the website, indexing databases, and DOI system (if applicable).
  • A withdrawal processing charge of ₹2000 INR or 120 USD must be paid before the removal process begins.
  • Any correction, modification, or update requested after 48 hours of publication will require a processing fee of ₹1000 INR.
  • The withdrawal or modification request will be processed only after the payment confirmation.
  • The journal reserves the right to retain an internal record of the withdrawn article for documentation purposes.
